Responsibilities 

• Planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Coordinating with the sales team and guiding them in achieving sales targets.  
• Keeping a track on the performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
• Conducting sales forecasts and determining monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Performing in-depth research in identifying new market opportunities.  
• Communicating with potential clients and converting them into sales leads.
• Addressing any client queries and complaints.
• Coordinating with the Marketing department in developing promotional materials.

Requirements

• Masters in Business Administration / MBA or equivalent.
• Must have 7 to 10 years of experience as a Sales Head or a similar role in a Reputed Pipes Industry.
• Must have ability to Handle or Work with the team of 25 to 30 persons.
• Familiarity with the trends and developments in the Sales industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills
