Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of solar energy products and industry trends

Job Description:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the assigned region.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
    • Provide leadership and motivation to the sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  3. Sales Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day sales operations within the region, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Market Expansion:
    • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities to expand market share.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to team members.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
    • Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
