Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchase Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP and Dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Job Description

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to secure advantageous agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and prioritize procurement needs.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to obtain the best deals while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Generate and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Utilize ERP systems, especially SAP and Dynamics, for efficient procurement processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, working to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Stay informed about market trends, new products, and potential suppliers through continuous market research.
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, relevant laws, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with finance teams to manage and control budgets related to procurement, seeking cost-saving measures and efficient practices.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data, generating reports as needed for analysis.
