• Procure and source quality ingredients and supplies for the cafe.
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and terms.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with management to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor and track orders, deliveries, and vendor relationships. Receive, inspect, and store cafe supplies and inventory.
• Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Fulfill requests from kitchen and service staff.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of perishable and non-perishable items.
• Keep the storage area clean and organized.
