Requirement:
Manages individual projects or clients calls, schedules, deliverables and coordinates with subject matter experts with US team and clients.
Participates in project activities and meetings, understands dependencies, and manages timelines, schedules & risks
Drive all project requirements including call management, order processing and schedule management with Client and Internal changes.
Accountable for project inventory and billing. Drive to manage projects by utilizing customer owned inventory model.
Organize and conduct regular reviews to ensure sufficient progress vs. project objectives
Set and drive agenda, roles and expectations per project to ensure all responsibilities are being met; escalate non-performance issues as appropriate
Coordinate with team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and deliver projects on-time, within scope and budget.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Formal Project Management training
