Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers.
• Provide guidance and training to staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness among the production team.
• Investigate and address any safety concerns promptly.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure a sufficient supply of materials for production needs.
• Implement efficient inventory tracking systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce production lead times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Maintain open and effective communication with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics.
• Report regularly to upper management on production metrics, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
