Job Description:
Develop and coordinate the quality
Performance Improvement
Program within the area of responsibilities.
To take responsibility for the design, development, delivery, continual improvement and operational efficiency of the Outpatient Department.
Develop and implement an outpatient department strategy that is aligned to the hospitals vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
Liaises with other managers across the organization to ensure that outpatient strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the organization and align with the hospital’s overall objectives.
Maintain strong and effective relationships and dialogue with all practicing consultants.
Efficient management of consultants’ rooms and other outpatient areas; the maintenance and monitoring of agreed service standards; and the handling of all issues and complaints arising.
