Job details:

• Maintain existing network and improve as required.
• Monitor and manage all communication and resolve networking problems through effective implementation of preventive measures for IT network (LAN & WiFi).
• Monitor server, Network Hardware and network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
• Define policies and procedures with respect to Network security.
• Established Network Infrastructure and Monitoring.
• Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Ensure focus on data security, backups and data retrieval to avoid data loss
• Regularly review the help-desk report of reported issues, issue type and the time taken in resolving the issues
• Earmark vendors for various types of IT related equipment purchase
• Maintain a log of all IT related company assets and ensure that it is updated regularly

Required qualifications:

• Administration of firewall Cisco/Mikrotik.
• Ability to set up and configure DNS, Active directory, Proxy Server, Mikrotik router, Pf-sense.
• Should have experience in Virtualization EXSi.
• Should be able to manage/backup/restore Virtual machines.
• UBIQUITI APs Management via Unify Controller.
• CCTV-NVR/DVR Configuration.
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Email Servers Management Office 365 and Mdaemon.
