Job Description

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent at all levels.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  3. Spearhead recruitment efforts for senior roles, middle management positions as well as junior roles such as operators.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill requirements.
  5. Build and maintain a talent pool for critical positions to ensure quick and effective hiring.
  6. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles.
  7. Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
  8. Develop and implement orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  9. Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
  10. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  11. Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  12. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and recognition programs
