Job Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent at all levels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts for senior roles, middle management positions as well as junior roles such as operators.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for critical positions to ensure quick and effective hiring.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles.
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Develop and implement orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and recognition programs
