Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field from a reputable university. Certification in HR is a plus.
- 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on the FMCG and retail sectors.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the HR team in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Partner with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on key business initiatives.
- Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and mitigate HR-related risks.
- Oversee HR analytics and reporting to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
