Your Role:

As a Graphic Designer and Illustrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving our marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

Skills Required:

• Data Visualization: Transforming complex data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts for reports and presentations.
• Email Marketing Design: Creating visually appealing email templates and graphics to support email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand.
• Video Graphics: Designing graphics, overlays, and animations for video content, enhancing the visual appeal of video marketing materials.
• Photography and Image Editing: Editing and retouching photographs for use in marketing materials and ensuring high-quality visual assets.
• Brand Asset Management: Organizing and maintaining a centralized repository of design assets, making them easily accessible for the marketing team and ensuring version control.
• Compliance and Regulatory Design: Ensuring that all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and legal requirements, especially in the financial sector.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• A 4-year post-secondary degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design and illustration.
• 4 years of intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
