Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, management, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 – 20 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.

  • Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.

  • Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and managing the growth of the company.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment while providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing strategies to attract and retain them.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Evaluate market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry, implementing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
