Job Description:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Installation and Technical Support: Oversee the installation process, ensuring high-quality workmanship and providing technical support as needed.
• Documentation and Licensing: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and oversee documentation processes, including licensing and permits.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
• Branding: Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the solar power energy industry.
• Operations Management: Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Procurement: Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management.

Qualification & Experience

• B.S Degree in Electrical Engineer
•  12 Years (Comprehensive understanding of all solar energy business functions, including sales, marketing, installation, documentation, licensing, business development, branding, technical support, and procurement.)
