Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience in power electronics and motor development software.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics or a related discipline, preferably electrical and automation engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++ embedded software development and Simulink simulation modeling.
• Knowledge of motor design principles and electromagnetic field theory.
• Familiarity with motor testing and measurement equipment.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations in motor development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Description:

• Support the transformation of research results and model construction of motor development algorithms.
• Provide technical support and algorithm analysis.
• Benchmark research trends and related information in motor development algorithms from mainstream manufacturers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test motor systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of motor prototypes.
• Optimize motor control strategies and algorithms for efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in motor systems.
