Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, including Alibaba, Amazon, and Etsy. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels, including Alibaba, Amazon, Etsy, and potentially Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results and maximizing revenue through these platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our presence on Alibaba, Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and expand our customer base on each platform.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI, to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve our e-commerce operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on the performance of our online sales channels, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities
