Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related
- 5 Years professional experience in dairy farm industry
- Fast computer typing skills (Accounts System & MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience in Human Resources or handling labors successfully
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have experience in hands-on management of a dairy farm comprising cows and buffalos.
- The candidate should know about diseases in animals and what is needed to cure them.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience in farming such as wheat and corn.
- The candidate should be able to communicate properly.
- The candidate should be able to hire the required human resources.
- Relocation is required for this job.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
