Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for a new client, helping them get started with the company\’s products or services

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, with a focus on client satisfaction and loyalty

Client Engagement: Develop engagement strategies to keep clients informed, interested, and involved with the company\’s offerings

Needs Assessment: Understand client\’s needs and preferences through feedback, surveys, and communication, and tailor solutions accordingly

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints, working closely with internal teams to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions

Account Management: Manage client accounts, monitor their payments and follow up with the clients for payments

Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to clients, promoting growth in the business relationship

Client Presentation: Give presentations to existing and potential clients about products or services and present monthly reports

Contract Management: Ensure that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both the Company and the client
