• Documenting research and production processes.
• Establishing safety and legal procedures.
• Providing mentorship to technical staff.
• Managing the Paint team.

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PAINT INDUSTRY.
• Strong industry-specific knowledge.
• Proficiency in specific computer software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
