Job Description

• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site.
• Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensure that all materials used, and work performed is as per specifications.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
• Responsible to ensure safe construction practices in the storage and movement of tools, equipment and material, adoption of safe work practices by all supervised levels & visitors, the implementation of safety policy as directed.
• Prepare and presents regular progress reports to the project manager.
• Any other task assigned by Line Manager/HOD.
