Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to different departments, which may include handling correspondence, drafting reports, preparing presentations, and managing calendars.
  • Personnel Management: Assisting with personnel-related tasks such as managing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and assisting in the onboarding process.
  • Communication: Facilitating effective communication within the organization, both internally among employees and externally with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences, including planning logistics, sending invitations, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Budget Management: Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborating with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships to ensure the timely procurement of necessary goods and services.
  • Records Management: Managing records and documents, both physical and digital, in a systematic and organized manner, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
  • Problem Solving: Addressing administrative issues and challenges as they arise, finding practical solutions to improve processes and resolve conflicts.
  • Policy Implementation: Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising and supporting administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
  • Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to administrative processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions

Qualifications

  • BBA / MBA.
  • 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in a large scale organization.
