Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience

Job Description:

1.Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and customer complaints resolved on priority.

2. Maintain accurate and updated sales records from identification of customer to invoice generation through ERP.

3. Keep up to date on all current/upcoming market trends in different market segments of the industry.

4. Coordinate with factory for pending orders follow up.

5. Prepare accurate and timely sales and recovery projections, and other required reports on an annual, quarterly and weekly basis and present to ZM.

6. Achieve annual/quarterly/monthly sales and recovery targets in assigned territory.

7. Monitor competitor’s activities related to sales, products, pricing and branding activities etc. and share with ZM in daily meeting.

8. Maintain close coordination with ZM for discount approvals against orders or inquiries.

9. Provide timely and accurate quotations to prospective clients and consistently follow up to mature sales.

10. Develop long lasting and healthy relationships with all existing clients/customers.

11. Undertake market visits on daily basis for sales generation by meeting clients, conducting negotiations, and closing sales.

12. Consistently work to develop and mature new clients with potential for high profitability sales. Ensure timely updates to all customers/clients regarding product diversification, enhancement or company updates, whenever required through e-mail correspondence or visit.

13. Attend national industrial fairs/exhibitions with ZM (if required) and promote our brand in liaison with Marketing Department
