Accounts Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/Finance or any other related degree in accounts
  • 5 Years professional experience in an industrial company in Pakistan
  • Fast computer typing skills (Accounts System & MS Office, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience in Book keeping & Reconciliation
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining basic books of accounts.
  • Preparing Bank reconciliation.
  • Responsible for reconciliations of receivables
  • Receivables aging report.
  • Monitor & support taxation issues
  • Assisting in recovery.
  • Maintaining vendor’s accounts.
  • Preparing vendors payments &Maintenance of financial files & records.
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for Bank deposits & Bank withdrawals.
