Job Description:

• Manage financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate accounting records.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cash flow to maintain financial control.
• Collaborate with project managers to track and analyze project costs.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Assist in budget planning and forecasting for construction projects.
