Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or in a related field.
  • 5 years Proven experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


  • Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules.
  • Maintain and update the system as needed to meet the evolving business requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and improved efficiency within the MS D365 system.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on MS D365 SCM functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SCM modules.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the MS D365 system.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and transactions.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor supply chain performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of SCM processes.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed.
