Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably MBA Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a sales support role or similar position.   
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.   
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools is mandatory.   
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the CRM system to monitor all open sales opportunities.       
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of opportunity status and information.
  • Collaboration with Account Managers and Account Executives  
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings with account managers to review the status of sales opportunities.        Assist in prioritizing opportunities and developing strategies to move them through the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Generate regular sales reports for account managers on upcoming license expirations and track non-renewed licenses.       
  • Maintain regular touch-base with Account Managers and Account Executives for updates on deals and accurate pipeline projections.
  • Ensure all tasks related to sales opportunities and sales operations are assigned and completed on time.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on sales opportunities, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of all tickets related to sales operations.       
  • Assign tickets to Account Managers and Account Executives based on CRM information and history.        Coordinate with COO and Sales Manager for new opportunities.
