Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven record of success in customer service and sales roles, preferably within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management


  • Utilize your expertise in customer service and sales to make proactive sales calls to new target customers.
  • Present and share the company portfolio effectively, securing appointments for management or sales staff meetings.
  • Provide support to the freight forwarding team by delivering exceptional customer service, including sending quotations and following up to mature inquiries and sales leads.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager or Commercial Head, providing regular updates on customer interactions, sales progress, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new potential clients in alignment with the sales plan, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience
