  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software-related issues and technical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting software remotely.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or software support is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development concepts is beneficial.
  • Certifications related to technical support or software troubleshooting are advantageous.
