Job Description

  • Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with daily leads generated from our social media pages to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the product offerings and converting them into customers.
  • Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and effectively to social media inquiries, addressing customer questions and concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust in Flexiwood’s products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Flexiwood’s innovative space-saving furniture solutions to provide accurate information and recommendations to potential customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Act as a bridge between customers and our product development team, gathering valuable feedback to improve our offerings continually.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth by actively participating in our sales strategies.


  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for lead conversion and inquiry handling.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player.
