Key Objectives

  • Be the champion of social media & all digital content and digital, leading best practice within the organisation
  • Develop a social and content strategy which is adaptable to deliver award winning branded messaging
  • Manage 3rd party & internal teams to produce content across various channels including Website Email, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter
  • Map the customer journey to ecommerce maturity and work with internal stakeholders on a structured customer content prioritization plan

Main Accountabilities

  • Accountable for developing a content strategy and framework in line with our brand enabling content to be created across the Royal Bathrooms website and for a wide range of marketing campaigns and brand activations across numerous platforms.
  • Own the development and implementation of brand messaging ensuring this is communicated and adhered to consistently across the various business units.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing teams to create copy and content across a variety of platforms using tone for multiple and varied audiences.
  • Lead in the optimization of both Brand & SEO focused content for both internal and external communication channels.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance across the business areas about the RoyalBathrooms brand content strategy gaining buy in from key stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders gaining an understanding of their objectives and how to apply the content strategy to drive growth.
  • Testing and optimization of copy and other campaign assets such as landing pages
  • Support Lead Generation via multi-channel content marketing campaigns
  • Continuously research and recommend new avenues to increase content reach (across written, audio and video).
  • Content production and curation for both inbound and outbound campaigns – including content promotion via organic and paid channels.
  • Ensure that signed-off copy is delivered to deadline, working closely with the digital team and stakeholders.
  • Champion the role of content within the team, group, and larger organization
  • Analyze content at both granular and holistic levels, making recommendations about local market projects and the global content strategy.
  • Measure content effectiveness with user testing, research, and analytics. Provide data- driven recommendations and innovation opportunities.
  • Lead the mapping of the digital experience against all touch points to ensure a seamless, joined-up experience for our customers and prospects.

Who you are:

  • 5-7 years proven experience in writing and developing content strategy and in writing and editing in B2C and B2B environments, either as a journalist or a copywriter
  • Ability to communicate complex and emotive topics to different audiences through a range of data, written and verbal methods.
  • Competency with information architecture and user experience best practices. Good working knowledge of content management systems and the architectural considerations of content
  • Excellent stakeholder and influencing skills, including negotiation of deadlines, requirements and managing exp experience of working to a brief.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills to champion the benefits and logistics of project deliverables.
  • Experience of harmonious working with technology, marketing, and business teams to deliver quality work.
  • Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete to timescales.

Salary: Rs150,000.00 – Rs250,000.00 per month
