Community Manager

  • Execute a ready-made inbound strategy to attract, engage, and delight customers, prospects, and community members.
  • Build and manage online communities across various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze and achieve KPIs to gauge community engagement and implement the strategies made by our strategist.
  • Plan and execute community events, webinars, and other interactive forums to foster community interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with inbound marketing strategists.
  • Generate monthly reports showcasing community growth, shifts in engagement levels, and other relevant community metrics.
  • Do founders mimic while engaging.
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all interactions and engagements within the community are aligned with the company’s brand, voice, and values.
  • Post ready-made content.


  • Native level English.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies and principles.
  • Native conversational written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and tools for analytics and scheduling.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Easy going with meeting daily deadlines.
  • Must be proficient using advanced Ai (chatgpt4).
