Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and other team members.
  • Assist in documentation and record-keeping tasks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assist in their administrative needs.
  • Ensure efficient coordination and communication between different teams
  • Assist in the collection of data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness through data validation and cleaning.
  • Input and maintain data records in our databases and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in administrative or operational roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in software tools including MS Office, CRM systems, cloud-based work environments, and internet applications.
  • Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way.
  • A self-initiator with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
