Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration BA/BCOM
  • 5 years of professional experience in Inventory Management and warehouse operations
  • Highly communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Able to lead a team of warehouse and inventory team


  • Accurately count and record chocolate stock levels, including raw materials and finished products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to order raw materials and packaging materials, and manage relationships with distributors.
  • Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure adequate stock for production and sales.
  • Oversee the organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and handling of inventory.
  • Monitor inventory for quality issues, such as expired or damaged products, and implement procedures to prevent contamination.
  • Manage the receipt and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory levels, stock values, and inventory turnover to management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, such as traceability and recall procedures.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives, such as reducing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Supervise and train inventory staff, promoting a culture of efficiency and accuracy
