Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (MBA HR) or Degree in related field.
  • Proven 5 years’ experience in HR Management
  • Expertise in recruitment and selection processes
  • Proficiency in employee documentation management
  • Skilled in training and development
  • Strong capabilities in attendance and conflict management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software
  • Strong IT skills
  • Knowledge of EOBI, PESSI, and Labor Welfare departments

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Administer employee documentation, such as contracts and termination notices
  • Develop and implement training programs, including needs assessment and execution
  • Manage attendance, holidays, and resolve employee conflicts
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives
