Qualification & Experience:

  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree preferably MBA Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR/Admin professional
  • Proficient in ERP system HR Module
  • Good Analytical Skills Good Analytical Skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Good Negotiation Skills


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Liaise with executive and senior management to assist in research on any request and queries from remote customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of website site map documents and other reports.
  • Knowledge of office management system, procedures and professional ethics, work manners with the team.
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to the organization.
  • Coordination with administrative vendors and document invoices.
  • Any other documentation task assigned by the management.
  • Handle recruitment processes such as posting jobs and perform initial screening for shortlisting.
  • Communicating and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth operation and timely scheduling of the interviews and selection process.
