Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree preferably in Marketing (MBA Marketing)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Spare parts)
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills·
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills·
  • Strong knowledge of spare parts, tires, wheels, batteries & Lubricants
  •  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the spare parts sales team with a focus on tires, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the tire segment to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth in the tire market, including new markets, customer segments, and product lines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the tire industry, serving as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries and negotiations
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the tire industry to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of tire sales initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics related to the tire segment to senior management
