Qualification & Experience:

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years Proven experience as Admin Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, ERP System HR Module
  • Must work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
  • Oversee facilities and office management, including maintenance, security, and procurement of office supplies and equipment and maintaining the fixed assets.
