  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
  • Able to use computer and office programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Sales representatives need a mix of both verbal communication and listening skills
  • Neutral accent
  • Time Management / Priority setting / Self motivated / Empathy Hospitality Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
  • Answer customer support queries and calls in a professional manner
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Accurately manage and resolve customer issues
  • Route calls to the appropriate resource
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization
