Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional Admin Manager experience.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain office facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, House Keeping, Site Security, EOBI, Social Security etc.
  • Liaise with legal bodies to address any legal challenges or disputes (Police, Court etc)
  • Ensure the company\’s compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments to company policies.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on labor law compliance.
  • Manage all aspects of employee social security, including EOBI registration and compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of EOBI contributions and benefits.
  • Address any employee queries or issues related to social security benefits.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee termination processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances
